PERSEPHONE Goddess Altar Blessing

On the third Sunday of every month, Priestess Brandi Auset opens the Goddess Altar for your petitions and prayers. Each ceremony is dedicated to a specific Goddess, and the altar is decorated and adorned with Her flowers, crystals, and magickal tools. A spell candle will be ritually anointed and lit for you, and your petition will be ceremonially offered with the appropriate incense, energy, and prayers. 

The September Goddess Altar is dedicated to PERSEPHONE.

Daughter of Demeter, Kore is the spring maiden, a deity of growth and happiness. She rules agriculture and represents the innocence and purity of youth. In Her role as the Dark Maiden, Kore becomes PERSEPHONE, the Queen of the underworld and the keeper of souls. She embodies the wisdom of life and death, of love and sacrifice, and is skilled in magick and divination in all its forms.

This Altar Blessing will call upon Persephone for:

• New beginnings and gentle endings
• Transitions, initiations, and rites of passage: evolving from one stage of being to another
• Embracing the light and shadow of your Self with love
• Recognizing and honoring your inner and outer beauty
• Attaining magickal wisdom and expanding your mystical talents

You may submit your petition to the Persephone Altar Blessing for any positive purpose.

The Goddess Altar Blessing will be performed on Sunday, September 15^th, 2024. After the ritual is complete, you will receive photos of the altar, a summation of the work done, and suggestions for your personal practice.
