Daughter of the sea, Aphrodite is the Goddess of beauty, love, and pleasure. She rules marriages and the love within them, and is also the Goddess of sexuality and intimacy. Thought to have originated from the Mesopotamian Goddesses Astarte and Ishtar, Aphrodite has been associated with war and battles. She teaches dedication and love of the self, attracts passionate encounters, and is known for her quick responses to petitions. Her symbols are the ocean, doves, apples, roses, and the mirror.

This powerful and heavyweight mala is made of 108 deep-red garnet, clear quartz, and dalmatian jasper gemstone beads. The beads measure 8-10mm and are adorned with a black ceramic guru bead and handmade red tassel. Each crystal has been meticulously hand-knotted on waxed red hemp cord to provide the perfect amount of space between the beads.
