About Priestess Brandi Auset
Brandi’s intuitive gifts came early in life – she has seen and heard spirits and guides since she was a small child. By the age of eight, she was known to have premonitions through dreams and to be a sensitive Empath. Her early adult years were filled with seminars, classes, private training, personal and spiritual journeys that led to her true path. Through the blessings of the Goddess, the assistance of her Guides, and the attention of amazing instructors, Brandi learned to hone her gifts, and how to use them for the benefit of herself and others.
The call to be a teacher and healer led Brandi to study a variety of spiritual faiths, paths, and religious doctrines. She began reading tarot cards professionally in 1993, becoming certified as an Intuitive Tarot Reader a few years later.
In 1995 Brandi was attuned to the First Degree of Reiki. She found a peace and happiness within the Reiki healing system that, to her, embodied the spirit of enlightenment. She continued her studies, began practicing professionally in 1996, and was attuned as a Reiki Master Teacher.
The studies of holistic, cultural, and metaphysical paths allowed Brandi to become ordained as an interfaith minister and spiritual counselor in 1998; ordained as a High Priestess of the Goddess in 1999; a certified Aromatherapist in 2002; and an aborisha in the Lukumi tradition as a Daughter of Oshun. After many years of sacred sensuality and sexuality work, in 2013 she created the Path of the Red Priestess as a way to bring passion and Divine Love into daily life.
Priestess Auset continues to work with clients and teaches private workshops to women on many topics, including techniques for infusing the Goddess into daily life and spiritual practice. She is the creatrix of RED Priestess, a line of magickal oils, sprays, and crystals to support your divine journey.
Always a writer, Brandi has been publishing her nonfiction with various sources for many years, and her fiction and poetry has been winning awards since her preteens. In 2006, she began writing and researching the history and mythology of the Divine Feminine; those findings became The Goddess Guide: Exploring the Attributes and Correspondences of the Divine Feminine, a reference tool published by Llewellyn Worldwide in June 2009. She is currently working on her next Goddess title, as well as creating a divination deck.
Ms. Auset still dabbles in novel fiction, comic/graphic novels, and poetic prose, and is writing a series of dark fantasy stories for publication.
Born and raised in Southern California, Brandi migrates between Los Angeles and the Bay Area, where she attends bikram yoga daily but still drinks obscene amounts of coffee.
